BIOGRAPHY:
Megan was born in Park Ridge, Illinois and lived in Skokie for 16 years before moving to her current residence in Downers Grove. She is the oldest of three children. Her love for the armed forces came from the stories told by her grandfather and father, along with her own fascination with World War II. During her free time she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, playing sports and spending time with her friends and family. She is especially thankful to her husband Mike, a cadet in AFROTC and a member of AAS, who encouraged her to join Silver Wings. Megan would also like to thank SW, AFROTC and the AFA for her many accomplishments and opportunities and looks forward to an exciting year as President. She is enjoying married life and working at her internship at a local hotel.  Megan plans to graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in May 2007 with a Major in Recreation, Sport & Tourism. She then hopes to attain her masters and work in special events / conference planning or with MWR. She looks forward to being an “Officer’s wife,” and to everything the Air Force has to offer.
