BIOGRAPHY:
Kora was born in Warsaw, Poland where she lived for a year with her parents before moving to Athens, Greece. In 1990 she moved to Chicago where her family has moved around five more times. During her free time she loves to go running and working out, whether indoors at a gym or outdoors skiing, swimming, kayaking, playing soccer, or hiking. She enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling to different countries and learning about their cultures. Kora is currently in her second year of AFROTC and loves her position as Physical Training Assistant within the wing. In addition to working as a full time student and waitress at Alexander’s Steakhouse, she is also a member of the Silver Wings National Staff and loves the opportunities and fantastic people in it! She plans on graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the Spring of ’09 with a major in Psychology. After that, Kora plans on commissioning with the United States Air Force and working in Intelligence, with a focus on Psychological Operations. She believes that Silver Wings is a fantastic opportunity for young, motivated people to expand their horizons and is excited for a great year with a great staff!
